About the project
Approvals for new games and advertising were handled over email and through a legacy system that required entering everything twice. A single request could take days of back-and-forth between lottery operators and game providers.
B-Track, a system built from scratch where the lottery and providers work on each request in the same place: it is entered once, reviewed inside the system and approved with the lottery’s final sign-off.
We worked in stages, setting priorities with the lottery at the start of each one to spend the hours where they added the most value. In the later stages we added AI to catch errors early as requests are filled in.
The system has four user types. On the lottery side, the administrator (head of the lottery) and the offices, whose operators review requests. On the provider side, the company administrator and regular users, who submit requests and complete each one.
The flow is simple: the provider creates the request, the office corrects it, sends it back or comments on it, and the back-and-forth stays inside the same request until it is right. Then the lottery administrator gives the final sign-off, with every step recorded in a history log.
