About the project
Traditional hiring processes take months and reach the final interview with poorly validated candidates.
Technology filters, people decide: the system actively sources candidates, assesses them with video tests, technical screening and culture fit, and carries the conversation with every applicant through to the end of the process.
We proposed AI that filters, evaluates and converses, but people who decide: the client gets a shortlist ready for the final interview, and every candidate is accompanied from start to finish. For companies with sensitive data, we added the option to install the platform inside their own infrastructure, so candidate data never leaves the company.
The whole process is visible on a real-time dashboard, with the shortlist ready for the final interview.
Communication with applicants (first contact, interview scheduling, follow-up and closing) is handled with AI assistance but under human supervision: a recruiter stays with every stage of the conversation.
For companies with sensitive data, the platform can run inside their own infrastructure (on-premise) with open-source AI models. Candidate information never leaves the company, and privacy rules such as GDPR, the European data protection standard, are met.
The result: a shortlist in 7 days on average and 40% lower turnover.
