About the project
Planning a wedding means spreadsheets, chats and scattered bank transfers. With hundreds of guests answering from different devices at the same time, confirming attendance and tracking gifts becomes a job of its own.
A platform where the couple loads their guests and builds their gift registry. Every guest gets a personal link to RSVP and choose which gift to contribute to, in pesos or dollars, with the money going straight to the couple’s account.
We proposed that guests shouldn’t have to download anything: they RSVP and give from their personal link, whatever device they use. The couple sees guests, RSVPs and gifts synced in real time in one place, and the money goes straight to their accounts, commission-free.
RSVPs update on their own: the couple sees in real time who is coming, who still has to answer and any dietary restrictions, split by each moment of the wedding.
Big gifts can be completed by several guests together, who add a personal message when giving. The couple replies and says thanks without leaving Givxo, and there is no commission on gifts.
For the celebration it adds a collaborative playlist, shared photos and a time capsule with messages to open later on.
