About the project
Much of the operation relied on manual work: data exported to spreadsheets, paper-based processes and information spread across different places.
We built on their ERP to automate processes, centralize information and set up reports that update themselves.
We built on what the company already has, with no migrations or parallel systems, and worked in short, well-scoped phases, leaving a reusable foundation to grow on.
Digital processes. We moved operational tasks that were done by hand into workflows inside the system, with custom forms, per-user permissions and traceability at every step.
Data and reporting. We organized data from different areas and built native dashboards and reports that replace the spreadsheets, on a structure ready to add new areas.
