About the project
The team spent hours on manual, repetitive tasks: uploading invoices to each client portal, filing registrations and terminations in ARCA, downloading tax returns and reviewing documents one by one.
An automation platform (RPA) that runs those filings on its own, logs every operation and validates documents before processing them.
We proposed starting with the filings that took the most hours, so the firm saw results from the first month. Every process keeps a trail of what it did and only asks for help when it hits an exception: the team stops entering data and focuses on advising.
We support the firm in its digital transformation, automating processes across different areas. For example: invoice uploads to client portals, registrations and terminations in ARCA, tax return and service certificate downloads, and document validation.
Each process runs with no manual input and only flags what needs review, so the team wins back hours to focus on advising.
